I’m a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping adults lose weight, build and maintain muscle, improve posture, and move with confidence.

My work focuses on safe, personalized training that enhances daily movement now while protecting physical function in the later years. Each program is designed around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle not trends or one-size-fits-all workouts.
